A reorder on a different material does not get the $15 off — for example, a glass order does not discount a puzzle of the same image, since that needs different editing. Delete my design after this order — we will delete your design file as soon as your order is complete, and after that we will not be able to make copies, so please add any extras to this same order.

Turnaround and shipping: Custom boards take 3-4 days to produce and ship, then USPS takes about 5 days in most cases, about 8-9 days door to door. Shipping is calculated at checkout. A $25 rush fee moves production to 24 hours. This is production only, not faster shipping — delivery after shipping still takes about 5 days USPS in most cases, and faster shipping, if needed, is calculated separately at checkout.

Custom orders enter production after personalization details are confirmed.
